IDENTITY: These townhouses, offering a commanding view of the James River and
downtown Richmond, were designed and marketed to appeal to people drawn to
urban life and its arts culture. The font we chose for this logo evokes the sophisti-
cation of New Yorker magazine and the blue the sky reflected in the river.
